The CON Appaloosa Horse Club had an informational booth at the South Dakota Horse Fair held in Sioux Falls, South Dakota on March 27th and 28th.
Lots of information about the appaloosa horse breed and the appaloosa organizations was available for visitors to the booth and CON ApHC members were present to answer questions.
	In addition, the Doug and Diane Nickel family had a mare and foal for people to see and Shirelle Englund brought her colorful gelding also.
Breyer appaloosa horses were donated to be used as prizes for a coloring contest held each day.
	Appaloosa Horse Club director, Gene Carr, received the 2004 South Dakota Horse Person of the Year award from the South Dakota Horse Council.    Congratulations, Gene!
