The CON ApHC members were noticed in the September 2006 issue of the Appaloosa Journal magazine.  Lee Bennett, one of the youth members of the CON ApHC was honored for his success at the 2006 Appaloosa Youth World Show in Oklahoma City, with mention within the magazine as well as being on the cover of the issue.  In addition, Doug and Lori Richards were noted for their contributions to an area youth group.
