There is road construction on Interstate 29 in Sioux Falls at the 12th Street exit, which is commonly used for traveling to the Fairgrounds.  Instead of taking 12th Street east to Lyons Blvd to get to the Fairgrounds from the South, you can take the Madison Street exit which is just North of the 12th Street exit.  You will take Madison Street east to Lyons Blvd and get to the Fairgrounds from the North instead.
